Don't Be Stranded by the Side of the Road
in your 2003-2007 6.0 Ford Diesel Pickup or Excursion!

The Ford 6.0L Diesel Engine has a well known problem of blowing off the blue silicone boot attaching the turbo to the hot side Charge Air Cooler (CAC) Tube.  This can occur under conditons when the turbo is producing a large amount of boost, commonly blowing off when towing a large load (horse trailer, camping trailer, etc.) up a grade.

When the tube blows off, there is a huge loss of power, crippliing your truck.  If you have the tools available, you can struggle to put the hose back on while working over a hot engine, and often the hose will no longer stay in place because the inside has now been coated with some of the slick engine oil that makes its way throught the CAC tube.

Constantly pulling over to the side of the road is a hassle and can put a damper on your day or your family's vacation.

The solution is the
CAC Tube Brace

This aluminum brace will hold the hot side CAC Tube in place and prevent it from slipping out of the blue silicone boot. Now you don't have to worry if you will be able to make it to your destination with your heavy load due to a turbo hose failure.
